This course teaches you how the respiration system functions, how you can improve its efficiency, as well as how to apply the breath to acquire specific results. The course material is based on the Oxygen Advantage system and the exercises are suitable for beginners.

Who is your instructor?
Your instructor is Tomi Rantanen, a wellness coach with a lifelong interest in learning, self-improvement, health and personal challenges. Tomi is an Oxygen Advantage program Breathing Instructor.
How to pass?
Work your way through all the course material in the order displayed on the page. This way you will start with the introduction to soft skills and then move on to the more detailed content. It should take you about 10 hours to complete this course.
To pass this course, you will need to complete all the course activities. You will also need to give us some feedback at the end of the course. Each section includes additional reading material and exercises in which you are supposed to plan your own short teaching sessions.
Once all those parts are completed and we have received your feedback, you will receive your certificate.
