Managing your emotions

No emotion or feeling is inherently good or bad. What matters is how we regulate, manage, and harness our emotions so that they work in our best interest. This module focuses on developing and practicing self-regulation and provides 5 simple strategies that can be used to deal with some common dysfunctional feelings in everyday life.

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

  • understand how to regulate emotions in your everyday life
  • learn some quick, simple, and useful techniques to deal with common dysfunctional feelings, such as anger, stress, anxiety, failure, etc
