Masterclass: Creative and Design Thinking
This masterclass is about understanding and embracing imagination, creative thinking in large enterprises, Startups and SMEs, and public organisations.
Note! We will share the recording for all that have registered. Recording will be available for two weeks.
The masterclass brings together two fundamental themes of innovation; creative and design thinking.
Creativity and creative thinking are some of the 21st century competencies to be developed by individuals and organisations. They are closely linked to problem solving, new innovation development and even quality of life.
Design thinking presents a practical approach to creativity and innovation in design of new products, services and processes which apply human-centered design concepts. It presents new means of looking at value creation which emphasises co-creating services with users and providers and where knowledge exchange is essential.
This masterclass will give participants an introduction to understanding into how creative and design thinking can be applied to new service innovation in an organisation.
