Exercise: Unblocking the nose


  • Sit in an upright position.
  • Do a normal quiet inhale and normal quiet exhale.
  • Pinch your nose, hold your breath.
  • Sway from side to side, aim for at least 30 seconds if possible.
  • Let go of the nose and inhale through the nose.
  • Breathe normally for a minute to catch your breath, inhaling through the nose if possible.
  • Repeat a total of five times.
  • Effects may happen with a 20 minute delay.
