Exercise: Unblocking the nose
Instructions
- Sit in an upright position.
- Do a normal quiet inhale and normal quiet exhale.
- Pinch your nose, hold your breath.
- Sway from side to side, aim for at least 30 seconds if possible.
- Let go of the nose and inhale through the nose.
- Breathe normally for a minute to catch your breath, inhaling through the nose if possible.
- Repeat a total of five times.
- Effects may happen with a 20 minute delay.
