About the instructor
Dr. Arto Pesola works as a director at the Active Life Lab of South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, and is a co-founder of Fibion, which is a sitting and activity analysis for health and fitness professionals. Arto has done research on the health effects of sitting less during everyday life, and on how to monitor this with different technologies, like heart rate monitors.
