Future Proof – ennakoinnin perusteet yrityksille
Tutkimukset osoittavat, että ennakointia hyödyntävät yritykset ovat kannattavampia ja kasvavat nopeammin kuin yritykset keskimäärin. Kuitenkin hyvin harva yritys hyödyntää ennakointia systemaattisesti. Tämän kurssin avulla opit ennakoinnin perusteet ja ymmärrät, miten voit huomioida toimintaympäristön muutosilmiöitä omassa liiketoiminnassasi. Kurssi on suunnattu erityisesti pienille yrityksille, mutta sopii ennakointiosaamisen kasvattamiseen laajemminkin.
