This course is produced by Mightifier.

The course includes both individual and group work activities. Modules start with an introduction which can be a reading assignment or a video and then continue with self-reflection. In some of the modules also team input is needed.  Feel free to complete modules at your own pace.

  • What is job crafting and how can we benefit from it?
  • How do we find out our “why” and clarify our purpose? What is our team’s role in our organisation and in the world?

Work your way through the course material in the order that it is displayed. This way you will start with the basics and then move on to the more challenging topics. It should take you about 20 hours to complete this course.

To pass this course, you will need to complete all the course activities and get at least 75% of them correct. You will also need to give us some feedback at the end of the course.

Once all parts are completed and you have sent your feedback, the admin team checks that all modules have been completed and prepares your certificate. Please be patient, as it might take us about a week to email your certificate to you.
